We have Differential Pressure Gauges which works of magnetic coupling principle. There are no bourden tubes or, moments in these DP Gauges, so it becomes more sturdy. Differential Pressure Gauges are very commonly used to measure the difference between inlet pressure and outlet pressure of Filters, Strainers, Blower fans, Heat exchangers or, pumps. The type of Differential Pressure Gauges are : Piston type DP Gauge - These are offered when medium in both the ports are same and slight migration is acceptable. Diaphragm type DP Gauge - These are recommended where migration of mediums in two ports in not acceptable. & Digital DP Gauge (Digital DP Indicator) - It can be provided in battery operated version or, external powered.

Differential Pressure Switches We have Diaphragm type Differential Pressure Switches. These DP Switches are used for annunciation and control of Differential Pressure across Filters, Strainers, Blower Fans, Heat Exchangers or, Pumps. We have Fixed Differential type DP Switches and Adjustable Differential type DP Switches. These type of Switches are available in Weatherproof and as well as Flameproof versions. We also have DP Switches with very High static Pressure, called as High proof DP Switches.

Differential Pressure Transmitters We have few types of Differential Pressure Transmitters. DP Transmitters for Air, Compact DP Transmitters for liquids, SMART DP Transmitters and DP Transmitter with Remote Diaphragm Seal. SMART DP Transmitters are also available with HEART communication. Very commonly used for DP Sensing and Control across Orifice Plates for measurement of Flow. These are also used for Indication and Control of Differential Pressure across Filters, Strainers, Pumps or, Blower Fans. Some times when process pressure is very high and liquid level in that vessel has to be measured, these DP Transmitters are useful.
