We have very commonly used two types of Magnetic Level Gauge in our range - Follower Capsule type and Bi-color type. These Magnetic Gauges are installed outside of a vessel or tank either on the top of the tank or, on the side. The liquid level in the tank can easily be observed from the change of the flag color or, follower type magnet. Optional devices of magnetic switch and level transducer can be added for electrical signal output and level transmitting. Bi-colour Roller Magnets type Level Gauges consistes of series of bi-color magnets housed in a rectangular narrow chamber. These bi-color magnets are actuated by a magnetic float, which moves with the liquid level. MOC of Float : SS 304 / SS 316 / SS316 L / Monel Float dimensions : 50 mm OD X 250 mm long or, 45 mm OD X 150 mm long Mounting : Top Mounted or, Side Mounted along with Bypass assembly Service : any non sticky liquid Display type : Red & White or, similar colored rollers (ball type or strips type) with delrin bushes protected with Aluminium or, SS channel.
